2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
You generally own the content you generate, subject to the rights of the AI model providers.
You must not use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies effectively immediately.

4. AI Generation & Limitations

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, or quality of generated content. AI models may occasionally produce offensive or incorrect results; such outputs do not represent our views.

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion or as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

6. Limitation of Liability

INFCLONEY is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
